- We aim to provide
the best service possible, if at any time you are not happy us or
our products please let us know.
- If there is a
discrepancy with the order we are happy for you to return the
products, goods must be returned in a saleable
condition and within 30 days of your order date.
- If we have
delivered the wrong item or an incorrect amount of any item,
we will rectify this at our cost.
- If a customer has
ordered incorrectly a refund / credit will be arranged
excluding any delivery fee, a handling charge may also be added.

- We ask that you
advise us of the problem as soon as possible.
- A Returns Number
will be provided, which should be marked on a copy of the invoice or
dispatch note and returned with the goods.

Corporate clothing / Specials / some equipment etc. are made to order and can not be
refunded unless Sisbro Safety are at fault or products are faulty. We will always try to
resolve any problem to your satisfaction.

strongly advise
that all items returned via Royal Mail are sent by Recorded Delivery
as we are unable to offer money back/credit on items lost in the
post.

Deliveries should be checked immediately upon receipt.

If any
delivery damage is evident, please either sign for the delivery as
‘damaged’, marking the Carrier's receipt accordingly, or do not
accept the delivery.

Any
delivery damage or discrepancy should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns should
be within 14 days of the invoice date.
