How do I open a Credit Account facility?

To be eligible for a credit account you must be a limited company/registered charity and provide your company details along with your company registration number.

If you are not a limited company you may be considered on merit and length of association with Sisbro Safety. Please click here to apply for a Credit Account facility.

I ordered a product recently but can't remember the code number?  If there is a product you are really pleased with and would like to reorder  but  not sure what it was called. Please let us know the Order Number from when you had it before.  If you don't know the Order Number, we can look at your order history to identify the product, just provide us with some details, approximate date, item requesting etc.

 

I've had the wrong goods sent.  How do I get them exchanged?

Please contact our Sales Department with your Account Number and Order Number (which can be found on the Delivery Note/Invoice).

What time is delivery due?

We are unable to give an exact time, our deliveries are usually by courier and times can vary but 95% of our deliveries are next day for stock items.

What day is the delivery due?

95% of our deliveries are next day for stock items.  Items specifically designed to your requirements can take 2-3 days and specialist equipment can sometimes take 7 days.  You will be notified of any extended delivery dates.   If a Saturday delivery is required this can sometimes be arranged at an extra charge, call our Sales Team for help
Not all of my order has arrived?
Your order may arrive via different couriers or at different times, this is due to varying stock levels and different warehouse distribution for some products.  Remember to check off the items against your order and against our confirmation and if there are any discrepancies let us know as soon as possible?

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity, we will deliver just one sign if that is what you required.  Unfortunately though due to our set up all deliveries are made by courier and a fee of £6.99.

Do you charge Carriage?

£6.99 for packaging, insurance and delivery is charged.  Some specialist equipment does incur a separate delivery fee but this will be clearly provided prior to your order being processed.

How is the product packed?

All parcels are well packaged and equipment is packed in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications.

How much is the product?

Depending on how you shop with Sisbro can dictate the price you pay.  Our online facility is quick and easy with a shopping cart system and prices clearly stated.  Our 'Shop4me' facility is flexible and prices change with the markets fluctuations of individual products.  We have many contacts in the manufacturing industry and our 'Shop4me' prices are always very competitive and we can generally even beat our own online price.

Is that your best price?

If you have a quote already - send it to us. We will always endeavour to match or beat any genuine competitive quotations.

If I order more do I get a discount?

We will always try to offer you a competitive price, with larger orders or requests for a quantity of one item it is sometimes possible to offer discount, call our Sales Team who will endeavour to assist.

Can I have delivery tomorrow?

Delivery is normally the next day on stock items ordered before 12noon.  However, if prompt delivery is essential, please contact our Sales Department to see if we can help - this may incur an extra fee.

I can get that cheaper elsewhere!

Let us know what price you are paying and we will see what we can do to match it.

Is it in stock?

We have access to a  large stock. Due to seasonal or over demand some items may occasionally be out of stock for a few days but you will be advised of any extended delivery dates. If you are concerned about availability of require a particular product urgently, please contact our Sales Department to check out availability, we can generally source the product elsewhere.
